Definition: A subliminal message is a signal or message embedded in another medium, designed to pass below the normal limits of the human mind's perception. These messages are unrecognizable by the conscious mind, but in certain situations can affect the subconscious mind and can negatively or positively influence subsequent later thoughts, behaviors, actions, attitudes, belief systems and value systems. The term subliminal means "beneath a limen" (sensory threshold). This is from the Latin words sub, meaning under, and limen, meaning threshold.

My subliminal messages and affirmations are designed to encourage delta brain patterns (deep sleep). Each CD soundtrack is recorded in my own voice using knowledge gained from my dreams during the past 6. This knowledge consists of hundreds of dream affirmations I have found to be the most successful in helping myself and others...this is not like any other subliminal programming out there, and I guarantee these audio sessions will work for you.

These CD's are designed to be played only while sleeping and have not been tested in any other method. Embedded soundtracks are recorded in delta phase, which in most people is deep sleep. If you have trouble sleeping, these CD's have been proven to 'knock you out'...please see my comments section below for examples of what people are already saying.

Good morning Brian,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that I downloaded the free demo of your cd, and played it all night last night. It was absolutly great, I woke up feeling great this morning. It even seemed to put my 2 yr old to sleep quickly ( he sleeps with me on occasion). For now I can't afford to purchase any of the cds,(limited income, paycheck to paycheck if that, I'm sure you know the story) but will be saving up to do so. I was wondering if maybe you can make a package deal. I know it took a lot of work to make these cds, and you did a great job. I was thinking I can give one or two for Christmas ( probably to myself, lol) It just made me feel good, don't really know how to explain it, but I hadn't been able to sleep for days I was getting ready to buy some tylenol pm. Then last night it felt like I slept for 2 days straight. Thank you so much Brian. I can hardly wait to be able to purchase one.
